GB O'Brien Question?

Here is a O'Brien that is suppose to be a Nils Hultgren stock. My question is... is it a Heltgren stock? https://www.gunbroker.com/item/960158081
The Hultgren stocks that I have seen in the past on the O'Briens were all the heavy engraved Basket Weave. I dont think that I have seen one with checkering.
I know there are some here that might know.

It is neither O'Brien or Hultgren.

edit: read ad VERY carefully.......a "P. Childs" is also stamped on the barrel.
Also........action is s/n 111079......way too "new".
